  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a 25% deposit is required when booking an appointment. We do this to ensure clients show up to their appointments and arrive on time. Deposits are transferable and can be used on future services or product purchases if more than 48 hours notice is provided. The deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is within 48 hours before the appointment. Please respect our policy and our staff.
  • What payment types are available?
    We accept Eftpos, credit card, cash, internet banking and Afterpay.
  • What brands do you use and stock?
    We use a range of high-quality products from various brands, including Keune, Olaplex, Pureology, Cloudnine, Brelil, K18, DeLorenzo, and more.
  • Do you offer free consultations?
    Yes, consultations are free! We'd love for you to come in for a chat to discuss your hair goals!
  • Should I bring reference photos to my appointment?
    Yes! We love it and encourage our clients to bring in photos, as it gives us a clear idea about what you are wanting to achieve.
  • What amenities do you have?
    We always offer water, tea, coffee and biscuits to keep you hydrated and occupied during your appointment. Bathroom facilities available- not wheelchair accessible.
  • Do you use human hair extensions?
    Yes, we use ethically sourced 100% human remy hair from Loxy's and Superior Hair.
  • Who should I see for a balayage?
    Any of our stylists do gorgeous balayages, Lockie and Gen specially love a balayage!
  • Who should I see for foils?
    Any of our stylists do amazing foil work. Faith and Gen love a full head of foils
  • Who should I see for a bright colour?
    Any of our stylists can do amazing bright colours, Lockie and Bella particularly love a bright moment.
  • Do you offer kids cuts?
    Yes we do! We can do both short and long hair kids cuts, with particular stylists.
  • Can you reccommend me a new hair care routine?
    Yes absolutely, we have a great range of brands and products for all hair types. Book a consultation with one of our stylists and we can recommend you a new hair regime specific to your hair type and hair goals.
  • I boxed dyed my hair but now want it professionally done, should I let you know?
    Yes, gaining a knowledge of your hair history is extremely important so we know what products to you on you for the results you are wanting. Please let us know if you've had previously bleached hair and or used non-professional (box) dye.
